Radiohead announces a 21-show tour across Australia and Japan for May and June 2027.

Radiohead’s 2024 Australian context included Thom Yorke’s solo performance in Melbourne, where he briefly left the stage after being heckled by a pro-Palestinian protester before returning to perform “Karma Police.”
Guitarist Ed O’Brien said Radiohead’s future touring strategy would involve visiting a different continent each year and playing roughly 20 shows, explaining that the band does not want to perform when it feels like it is “going through the motions” or “running on empty.”
Radiohead’s 2025 reunion concerts reportedly broke the attendance record at London’s O2 Arena, surpassing Metallica’s previous record; the London shows also raised money for the LIVE Trust, while the European concerts supported Médecins Sans Frontières.
The four Perth concerts will make Radiohead the first act since P!nk in 2018 to perform on four separate nights at RAC Arena during a single tour; the Perth dates are May 3, 4, 6 and 7.
The band’s members are Thom Yorke, Colin Greenwood, Ed O’Brien, Phil Selway and Jonny Greenwood; Radiohead has received three Grammy Awards, including Best Alternative Music Album wins for OK Computer, Kid A and In Rainbows.
Radiohead will return to Australia in May 2027 for their first tour there in roughly 15 years, playing 16 shows across Perth, Melbourne and Sydney Consequence. The band will then fly to Japan for five additional concerts in Saitama in June, bringing the total 2027 tour to 21 dates The Nightly.
The tour follows Radiohead's 2025 European reunion shows — their first performances together since 2018 — but marks their return to Australia after more than a decade away Yahoo.
