PERS Ohio bought 1,607,489 shares of VICI Properties Inc. (VICI) for about $42.68 million, with institutional ownership in VICI extremely high at 97.71% of the stock.
The fund expanded its position in iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) by 2,157,500 shares in the second quarter, valued at about $1.6157 billion, with IVV comprising roughly 4.7% of PERS Ohio’s portfolio and ranking as the 3rd-largest holding.
