Wrestler Josh Hokit emerges as a serious threat in the UFC heavyweight division

Josh Hokit, a controversial All-American wrestler, has become a prominent figure in the UFC heavyweight division after 10 months of his career. With wins over Curtis Blaydes and Derrick Lewis, Hokit is considered a serious threat to each other ranked above him. He has criticised Eddie Hearn's strategy to delay a fight with Tom Aspinall to buy time in his contract negotiations. Hokit also suggested that if the UFC books him vs Alex Pereira, Hearn would hold negotiations out forever. He also suggested a matchmaker matchmaker for Ciryl Gane, stating that he is the only viable fight left for Gane that brings real eyes.
