The Baltimore hardcore band will release "Never Enough: Versions" on August 28, featuring collaborations with Elton John, Hayley Williams, Blood Orange, Dying Fetus, and over a dozen other artists spanning rock, pop, electronic, and experimental music Rolling Stone. The expanded project marks a bold creative pivot following the band's two Grammy wins earlier this year, including Best Rock Album and Best Metal Performance for the track "BIRDS" NME.

The band will play 16 North American dates from September through October with curated lineups featuring Thundercat, Vince Staples, and Pennywise Pitchfork. They're also hitting the UK and Europe, including a Halifax show at Live At The Piece Hall on August 26 and a appearance at London's All Points East festival.
The collaborators span an unusually wide musical spectrum. Alongside major names like Elton John and Hayley Williams, the album taps Baltimore's tight-knit scene with Panda Bear, Dan Deacon, Angel Du$t, and Nourished By Time The PRP. International producers A.G. Cook, Four Tet, Floating Points, and Shabaka also appear, creating what the band frames as a boundary-pushing creative statement rather than a typical remix collection.
Additional contributors include Slayyyter, Porches, Alex G, Julien Baker, Chanel Beads, Kettama, Mustafa, and Oklou Yahoo. The roster demonstrates Turnstile's reach across hardcore, indie, electronic, and mainstream pop circles. This diversity reflects the band's cross-genre Grammy recognition and positions them as a nexus between previously separate musical communities.
Turnstile's momentum comes from winning Best Rock Album and Best Metal Performance at this year's Grammy Awards Rolling Stone. The "BIRDS" track specifically earned the metal trophy, marking rare cross-format recognition for a melodic hardcore group. This dual-win status gave the band significant industry leverage to recruit high-profile collaborators for the reimagined version.
The Grammy success validated their approach of blending hardcore intensity with accessible melodies. Rather than capitalize with a straight reissue, Turnstile chose to expand the album's universe through collaboration. This strategy reinforces their brand as innovators willing to take creative risks alongside established names.
The "Never Enough Tour Part 2" runs 16 dates across North America starting September. Each show features different support lineups curated specifically for that venue Pitchfork. Thundercat, Vince Staples, Pennywise, Porches, and Clipse are among the rotating cast, creating a festival-like atmosphere at headline shows rather than traditional opening-act slots.
Internationally, Turnstile plays Halifax on August 26 at Live At The Piece Hall, then supports Tyler, The Creator on the first day of London's All Points East festival Yahoo. The UK and Europe leg weaves festival appearances with major headline venues, reflecting their upgraded status in both mainstream and underground circuits.
