Heliostar Metals Hits High-Grade Antimony and Begins Drilling at Utah Goldstrike Property
Heliostar Metals has announced high-grade antimony and gold samples from its Goldstrike property in Utah, with drilling now underway White Court Star. The company discovered antimony grades at Antimony Ridge and found a new mineralized zone 1,700 meters away at Antimony Knoll. Results from the initial drilling program are expected in Q4.
Heliostar's initial work program involved channel sampling, rock chip sampling, and soil sampling around the past-producing antimony mine White Court Star. The company confirmed high-grade results at Antimony Ridge. A second discovery emerged 1,700 meters further west at Antimony Knoll, expanding the project's exploration potential and suggesting a larger mineralized system in the area.
Heliostar has commenced drilling at Goldstrike to test both antimony and gold mineralization at Antimony Ridge and Antimony Knoll Press Record Gazette. The drilling program will determine if surface samples translate into economically viable ore zones. Assay results are expected in the fourth quarter, which will guide future exploration priorities at the property.
Heliostar acquired the 100% owned Goldstrike property to strengthen its longer-term gold production profile Chatham Daily News. The deposit combines antimony and gold, offering dual commodity potential. Management expects the discovery of both metals to enhance the project's economic viability and diversify revenue streams from a single asset.
The fourth-quarter assay results will show whether high surface grades extend to depth at both zones The Crag and Canyon. Positive drilling results could trigger an expanded exploration program and accelerate mine development timelines. Heliostar plans to update investors once drill results arrive later this year.
