Optas LLC significantly boosts holdings in diverse ETFs, including ESG and S&P 500 sector funds, during Q1.

USXF accounted for about 0.5% of Optas LLC's portfolio and was its 25th-largest holding after the quarter's activity, with Optas increasing its stake by 24,486 shares to reach 58,260.
In the Invesco S&P 500 Revenue ETF (RWL), Optas LLC's stake rose to 293,576 shares as part of a 15.2% first‑quarter increase; the increase included 38,793 newly acquired shares, and the position was valued at about $33.735 million. The ETF opened at $129.42 on Friday.
For the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Health Care ETF (RSPH), Optas LLC increased its stake by 99.6% to 60,308 shares, representing about 0.26% of the fund and a value of roughly $1.821 million, after purchasing 30,098 additional shares.
In the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Technology ETF (RSPT), Optas LLC expanded its stake by 99.8% to 37,114 shares after acquiring 18,537 more; the position was worth about $1.68 million and the article notes multiple new institutional buyers of RSPT, including Root Financial Partners LLC and UBS AM, as well as price metrics such as a $61.37 opening and moving averages around $60.30 (50-day) and $51.61 (200-day).
Optas LLC made aggressive moves into several exchange-traded funds during the first quarter, nearly doubling its stakes in two Invesco equal-weight ETFs while also expanding its ESG and revenue-weighted holdings, according to Watchlist News and Ticker Report.
The firm's largest position among its new buys sits in the Invesco S&P 500 Revenue ETF (RWL), now valued at roughly $33.74 million after Optas added 38,793 shares. That single position dwarfs its other ETF bets by a wide margin.
The most striking moves came in two Invesco equal-weight funds. Optas boosted its stake in the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Health Care ETF (RSPH) by 99.6%, buying 30,098 additional shares to reach 60,308 total. That position is now worth about $1.82 million and represents roughly 0.26% of the fund, per Watchlist News.
Optas made nearly the same-sized bet on tech. It grew its Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Technology ETF (RSPT) stake by 99.8%, adding 18,537 shares to reach 37,114 total, worth about $1.68 million. The ETF opened at $61.37, with its 50-day moving average near $60.30 and its 200-day average around $51.61, according to Ticker Report.
Optas raised its position in the Invesco S&P 500 Revenue ETF (RWL) by 15.2% in Q1. It now holds 293,576 shares worth about $33.735 million. The fund weights S&P 500 companies by how much revenue they generate — not by their market value. The ETF opened at $129.42 on Friday, per Watchlist News.
The RWL position is by far Optas' largest ETF holding reported this quarter. The 38,793 new shares added in Q1 alone outpace the total share counts of its RSPH and RSPT positions combined.
Optas also pushed deeper into ESG investing. It bought 24,486 more shares of the iShares ESG Advanced MSCI USA ETF (USXF), a 72.5% increase, bringing its total to 58,260 shares worth about $3.22 million. USXF now accounts for about 0.5% of Optas' overall portfolio and ranks as its 25th-largest holding, according to Ticker Report.
USXF tracks large and mid-cap U.S. companies that meet tighter environmental, social, and governance standards than a standard index fund. The move signals Optas is not pulling back from ESG-screened strategies, even as some institutional investors have trimmed such exposure.
Optas was not alone in adding to these funds. Root Financial Partners LLC and UBS AM were among new institutional buyers of RSPT during the quarter, per Ticker Report. That suggests broader institutional appetite for equal-weight tech exposure heading into Q2.
Optas also grew its stake in the SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Growth ETF (SPYG) by 3.0%, adding 5,262 shares for a total of 183,472 shares, according to Ticker Report. Taken together, these moves show Optas shifting weight toward growth, tech, and ESG themes across its ETF book.
