Mold-Tek Packaging Approves 1:1 Bonus Issue, ₹3 Dividend, and Capital Expansion

Mr. Chintamaneni Vasant Kumar Roy has been appointed as Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.
