Amber’s Q1 FY2026-27 results were unaudited and prepared for both standalone and consolidated bases, with the statutory audit firm M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP providing a limited review.
The NSE filing confirms the board meeting timing: the directors’ meeting commenced at 04:00 PM IST and concluded at 11:50 PM IST.

The board meeting ran nearly eight hours — from 4:00 PM to 11:50 PM IST — as directors cleared a packed agenda covering financials, a new subsidiary CFO, board reappointments, and a major new manufacturing deal with Oppo Mobiles India, TipRanks reported.
Amber's consolidated revenue hit ₹3,888 crore in Q1 FY27, up 13% from the same period last year. The Electronics segment was the biggest driver, growing 29% year-on-year. Operating EBITDA in that segment more than doubled, rising 117%, per TipRanks.

Amber announced a manufacturing collaboration with Oppo Mobiles India, a significant step into mobile phones. The deal covers Oppo, OnePlus, and Realme smartphones. Trial production is set to wrap up in Q4 FY2026-27, with commercial production expected to kick off in Q1 FY2027-28, according to TipRanks.
The move is designed to reduce Amber's dependence on seasonal businesses like air conditioners. Amber also flagged expansion into PCB — printed circuit board — facilities as part of this broader manufacturing push. The company aims to spread revenue more evenly across the year.
The board approved Sudhir Goyal as Chief Financial Officer of subsidiary IL JIN Electronics (India), effective August 13, 2026. The appointment is pending regulatory approvals, TipRanks reported.
Amber also set September 16, 2026 as the date for its 36th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders will vote on re-electing independent directors Sabina Moti Bhavnani and Prakash Iyer for a second five-year term each, starting September 19, 2026. Both reappointments require shareholder consent at the AGM.
As part of broader governance changes, Amber's board approved the de-classification of certain senior management personnel. This means some executives were removed from the formal list of key management figures. The company did not name the individuals affected, per TipRanks.
Amber also confirmed it will publish its Q1 results in newspapers, as required under SEBI regulations. SEBI is India's markets regulator. The disclosures will also appear on the company's website, giving shareholders multiple ways to access the financial data.
