Kraft Heinz Announces Strategic Stock Listing Transfer From Nasdaq To New York Stock Exchange

Certain senior notes will remain listed on Nasdaq after Kraft Heinz transfers its common stock listing to the NYSE.

The Kraft Heinz portfolio includes brands such as Heinz, Kraft, Philadelphia, Primal Kitchen, and Lunchables.
Kraft Heinz reported approximately $25 billion in net sales in 2025.
Kraft Heinz will move its stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange, ending trading on Nasdaq on September 11, 2026 and beginning NYSE trading on September 14 under the same ticker, KHC GuruFocus. The move, approved by the company's board of directors GuruFocus, marks what CEO Steve Cahillane called "an exciting milestone in Kraft Heinz's transformation" GuruFocus.
The food company, which reported approximately $25 billion in net sales in 2025, owns iconic brands including Heinz, Kraft, Philadelphia, Primal Kitchen, and Lunchables TheGrocer. Some of Kraft Heinz's senior notes will remain listed on Nasdaq after the common stock transfer GuruFocus.

While Kraft Heinz's common stock moves to the NYSE, certain senior notes issued by the company will continue trading on Nasdaq GuruFocus. This means investors will still have access to some Kraft Heinz debt securities on the original exchange.
