Netflix has cast Daisy Jelley as figure skater Anastasia “Stassie” Allen and Connor Simos as hockey player Nate Hawkins in its adaptation of Hannah Grace’s bestselling novel “Icebreaker.” The college romance follows the pair as an accident forces their teams to share a rink, bringing their Olympic and professional hockey ambitions into conflict with their growing attraction. Jade Halley Bartlett created the series, Amanda Lasher is the showrunner, and Grace will also executive produce.
