Caribbean culture has been celebrated throughout Brooklyn's Eastern Parkway, with participants participating in J'Ouvert festivities ahead of the West Indian Day Parade on Labor Day. The event took place on Monday, Sept. 7, 2026, in the Crown Heights and Flatbush neighborhoods of Brooklyn.
