Defense Lawyers Seek to Block Death Penalty in Charlie Kirk Murder Trial
Defense lawyers for Tyler James Robinson, the man accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk, filed a motion on June 12 to block prosecutors from seeking the death penalty AP News.
