Precision Wealth Strategies LLC quietly built five new stock positions in the first quarter of 2025, according to Watchlist News. The firm's largest bet was on Bel Fuse Inc., where it bought 9,416 shares worth about $1.86 million — more than triple the size of any other new position it opened.
The other four positions ranged from $522,000 to $677,000. They included Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International, Bunge Global SA, Innovative Solutions and Support, and California BanCorp, per Watchlist News.
Precision Wealth's biggest new stake was in Bel Fuse Inc. (NASDAQ: BELFB). The firm bought 9,416 shares for roughly $1.86 million, according to Watchlist News. That purchase also represented a 365.6% jump in the firm's existing Bel Fuse position. No other new position came close to that dollar value.
The next largest position was in Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International, where the firm bought 14,063 shares for about $677,000. California BanCorp was the smallest new stake, at 29,471 shares worth roughly $522,000, per Watchlist News.
Shortly after Precision Wealth disclosed its Kiniksa stake, an insider sold a large block of shares. John F. Paolini sold 58,424 shares on May 1 at an average price of $53.71 per share, according to Watchlist News. That sale cut his position by about 47.1%.
Institutional investors and hedge funds still own 53.95% of Kiniksa's stock. Insider sales don't always signal trouble, but a nearly 50% reduction by one person is worth watching.
Precision Wealth wasn't the only fund eyeing Innovative Solutions and Support (NASDAQ: ISSC). Marshall Wace LLP grew its ISSC position by 57.4% in the fourth quarter. Punch & Associates Investment Management Inc. went even further, boosting its stake by 94.1%, per Watchlist News.
Hedge funds now own about 28.53% of ISSC. Precision Wealth paid roughly $595,000 for its 29,002 shares — making it a mid-sized bet in a stock that is drawing serious institutional interest.
California BanCorp saw its own insider activity soon after Precision Wealth's buy. President Richard Hernandez sold 17,000 shares on May 8 at an average price of $19.12 per share, according to Watchlist News. After the sale, he still owned 72,935 shares valued at about $1.39 million.
Meanwhile, Bunge Global SA — the fourth new position — opened at $119.02 on Friday. The agricultural commodities giant carries a market cap of about $23.09 billion, a P/E ratio of 27.74, and a low beta of 0.65, meaning its stock tends to move less than the broader market.
