Envision Financial Transparency diversifies, adds new ETF positions with IWY becoming third-largest holding.

Beyond Envision's FFLC stake, several other institutions increased Fidelity Fundamental Large Cap Core ETF (FFLC) exposure in late 2023 and early 2024, signaling broader interest in the fund. Notably, Jane Street Group LLC boosted its FFLC position by 1,395.3% in the first quarter to 108,652 shares valued at about $4.73 million; Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. raised its stake by 19,645.6% in the fourth quarter to 109,588 shares valued at about $5.47 million; and LPL Financial LLC increased its FFLC holdings by 11.1% to 1,016,452 shares worth roughly $54.24 million.

Envision Financial Transparency LLC made a major bet on growth stocks in the first quarter, buying 22,476 shares of iShares Russell Top 200 Growth ETF (IWY) for about $5.59 million, according to Watchlist News. That single purchase pushed IWY to the firm's 3rd-largest holding, representing roughly 5.4% of its entire portfolio.
The IWY purchase was not a one-off. Envision also opened four other new ETF positions in the same quarter, spreading capital across semiconductors, consumer staples, large-cap core, and blue-chip funds. The moves signal a broad push to diversify across market sectors, Ticker Report reported.
Envision's IWY stake is its biggest new position by dollar value. At roughly $5.59 million, it dwarfs the firm's next-largest new buy. IWY tracks the top 200 U.S. growth stocks by market cap, giving Envision heavy exposure to large, fast-growing American companies. No single quarter move shifted the firm's portfolio more than this one, Watchlist News noted.
The second-biggest new stake was the Fidelity Fundamental Large Cap Core ETF (FFLC), where Envision bought 63,611 shares worth about $3.26 million. That purchase made FFLC the firm's 7th-largest holding at 3.2% of its portfolio. Together, IWY and FFLC account for more than 8.5% of Envision's total holdings.
Envision is not alone in spotting value in FFLC. Jane Street Group LLC grew its FFLC stake by 1,395.3% in the first quarter, reaching 108,652 shares worth about $4.73 million. Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Co. went even further, boosting its position by 19,645.6% in the fourth quarter to 109,588 shares valued at $5.47 million, according to Watchlist News.
LPL Financial LLC also added to its FFLC position, raising holdings by 11.1% to 1,016,452 shares worth roughly $54.24 million. That makes LPL by far the largest known holder. The wave of buying across multiple firms points to growing confidence in FFLC as a core large-cap holding.
Envision put $1.0 million into the Invesco Semiconductors ETF (PSI), picking up 10,595 shares. PSI carries a high beta of 1.76, meaning it moves sharply with market swings. The fund's 52-week range runs from $57.31 to $189.24, showing just how volatile semiconductor stocks have been. PSI has a market cap of about $2.57 billion and a price-to-earnings ratio of 29.05, Watchlist News reported.
For stability, Envision added 18,641 shares of iShares U.S. Consumer Staples ETF (IYK) for about $1.31 million. IYK carries a beta of just 0.40, making it one of the calmest holdings in the new batch. The fund has a market cap of $1.39 billion and a P/E ratio of 20.18. Envision also bought 58,479 shares of EA Bridgeway Blue Chip ETF (BBLU) for about $863,000, adding a mid-sized blue-chip position at 0.8% of its portfolio.
Beyond domestic funds, Envision also invested $1.63 million in the Invesco S&P International Developed Momentum ETF (IDMO), buying 29,700 shares, according to Ticker Report. That purchase became the firm's 13th-largest holding. IDMO tracks high-momentum stocks in developed markets outside the U.S., giving Envision a slice of international exposure to balance its heavy U.S. growth tilt.
