DAZN Secures Landmark Deal with Premier Boxing Champions, Expanding Access to Top Fights

The deal brings DAZN together with eight major promoters—Matchroom Boxing, Golden Boy Promotions, Top Rank, Queensberry, Boxxer, Salita Promotions, MF Pro, and TGB Promotions—significantly expanding cross-promotional opportunities on the platform.
DAZN's CEO Shay Segev characterized the agreement as a landmark moment for boxing in the U.S. and worldwide, reinforcing DAZN’s position as the global home of boxing and expanding fan access.
The rights split remains hybrid: PBC’s major pay-per-view events will continue to air on Prime Video, while a steady slate of non-pay-per-view cards will stream on DAZN, signaling a blended distribution model for fans.
Beyond the initially named fighters, the DAZN lineup is expected to feature a broad roster including Jaime Munguia, Brandon Figueroa, Mario Barrios, Erislandy Lara, Gary Antuanne Russell, and Jesus Ramos Jr., among others.
DAZN and Premier Boxing Champions have signed a landmark multi-year deal, bringing PBC's biggest fight nights to DAZN's global streaming platform. The partnership kicks off July 25 with Errol Spence Jr. vs. Tim Tszyu in Sydney, a pay-per-view event that signals the start of a new era for boxing broadcast rights. FightMag reported the deal was announced alongside a packed schedule of events running through the fall.
DAZN CEO Shay Segev called the agreement "a landmark moment for boxing in the U.S. and worldwide." The deal gives DAZN subscribers access to a deep roster of elite fighters and a year-round slate of premium fight nights, while PBC's major pay-per-view events continue to air on Prime Video.
The first event under the new deal is Errol Spence Jr. vs. Tim Tszyu on July 25 in Sydney, Australia. It will air on pay-per-view. Just weeks later, on August 22, Rolando Romero faces Teofimo Lopez in a fight that streams on DAZN through Prime Video, according to FightMag.
Non-pay-per-view cards follow on September 19 and October 17, giving DAZN subscribers regular access to top-level boxing without extra costs. FightNews noted the schedule reflects DAZN's push to build a consistent, year-round boxing calendar on its platform.
The deal brings DAZN together with eight promoters: Matchroom Boxing, Golden Boy Promotions, Top Rank, Queensberry, Boxxer, Salita Promotions, MF Pro, and TGB Promotions. That is a rare alignment of rivals under a single platform. FightsATW reported this creates major new cross-promotional opportunities for matchmakers and fighters alike.
The expanded roster of fighters on DAZN now includes David Benavidez, Sebastian Fundora, Isaac Cruz, and Tim Tszyu — plus Jaime Munguia, Brandon Figueroa, Mario Barrios, Erislandy Lara, Gary Antuanne Russell, and Jesus Ramos Jr. That depth of talent gives DAZN a stronger lineup than any single promoter could offer on its own.
The rights split is a hybrid model. PBC's biggest pay-per-view events stay on Prime Video, which already had an existing relationship with the promotion. Regular fight nights — the non-PPV cards — move to DAZN. The Sun described this as a blended distribution strategy designed to reach fans on multiple platforms.
For fans, the split means two different apps for two different tiers of fights. PPV buyers go to Prime Video. DAZN subscribers get steady boxing without extra fees. The model mirrors how other sports handle premium versus standard broadcast rights.
DAZN already had deals with Matchroom and Top Rank before this agreement. Adding PBC and TGB Promotions makes the platform the single largest hub for professional boxing worldwide. FightBook MMA reported that industry observers expect the deal to sharply increase the number of high-profile events on DAZN's calendar each year.
Segev framed the deal as part of a broader strategy. DAZN wants to be the definitive home of boxing — not just in the U.S., but globally. With PBC now on board, the platform covers nearly every major promoter and fighter in the sport. FightsATW called it the most significant boxing broadcast deal in years.
