Tom Sandoval Granted Restraining Order Against Ex-Girlfriend Over Alleged Abuse

Victoria Robinson was arrested on a charge of intimate partner battery with physical violence and was released on bond the same day, with Sandoval filing the restraining order amid ongoing abuse allegations.
The temporary restraining orders compel Robinson and her father to stay at least 100 yards away from Sandoval, his home, workplace and vehicle, and bar them from possessing firearms while the order is in effect; the orders also require them to vacate the rental home and take only essential belongings until a July hearing.
Security/camera footage from the confrontation circulated online, showing Victoria recording the incident; Will Robinson allegedly intervened and became aggressive, with reports that Sandoval pushed Will into a fire pit during the altercation.
Sandoval's filings describe a pattern of verbal and physical abuse over months, including derogatory remarks such as calling him a 'f--king loser' and other demeaning language during their relationship.
A Los Angeles judge granted Tom Sandoval a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, on June 25, following a violent early-morning confrontation at their shared home on June 3, according to People. Robinson was arrested that day on a charge of intimate partner battery and released on $50,000 bond, according to Page Six.
The order requires both Robinsons to stay at least 100 yards from Sandoval, his home, his workplace, and his vehicle, according to Wonderwall. It also bars them from possessing firearms. A court hearing is set for July 16 to decide whether a longer-term order — lasting up to five years — will be issued.
The confrontation began around 1:00 AM after a night of drinking. Sandoval says he noticed Robinson filming him, which sparked a fight. Robinson allegedly punched him in the face and temple. The impact was hard enough to blur his vision and cause him to bleed from his ear and neck, according to TMZ.
Sandoval says he locked himself in a spare bedroom. Will Robinson then allegedly punched a 12-inch hole in the door and threatened to "destroy" Sandoval, according to Us Weekly. Security footage later circulated online appeared to show a separate moment in the garden where Sandoval pushed Will Robinson into a lit fire pit during the altercation.
Sandoval's court filings describe more than a single night. He alleges Robinson tracked his car using Apple AirTags, changed his phone and social media passwords without his consent, and deleted evidence of her own abuse from his devices, according to RadarOnline.
He also claims Robinson called him a "f--king loser" and used other demeaning language throughout their relationship. In filings, he wrote: "I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being... I cannot tolerate [her] abuse any longer," according to People. He also alleged that Will Robinson lived in the home Sandoval paid for while "intoxicated on a daily basis," according to E! News.
Sandoval says he has been paying all rent and utilities for the Los Angeles rental home. Despite that, he claims the Robinsons refused to leave after the June 3 incident. He had been living in hotels while they stayed in the property, according to In Touch Weekly.
The temporary restraining order includes a "kick-out" provision. That means the Robinsons were ordered to vacate immediately and could only take essential belongings. Judges typically grant these orders only when there is clear evidence the petitioner has a right to the property and faces a credible threat of harm, according to Wonderwall.
The July 16 court date is the next major step. A judge will decide whether to convert the temporary order into a long-term protective order lasting one to five years, according to Artvoice. Robinson has not yet issued a formal public statement but is expected to contest the allegations at that hearing, according to E! News.
Robinson separately apologized in recent weeks for accusing Sandoval of cheating with her best friend, a claim she later walked back, according to Head Topics. Sandoval and Robinson dated for roughly two years. Their relationship began in early 2024, shortly after Sandoval's high-profile split from Ariana Madix following the "Scandoval" cheating controversy of 2023.
