Israeli forces have killed a Palestinian infant and his parents, Sam Fahd Abu Haikal, in the Tel Rumeida area south of Hebron City. The infant was critically wounded after being hit in the jaw by the same bullet that injured his mother. His father, Fahd Abdul Aziz Abu Haical, was shot in the hand. Israel's military responded with single shots, injuring three Palestinians who were evacuated for medical treatment. An initial inquiry found that the injured were uninvolved civilians and the situation is under review.
