Renasant Names Mealor CFO, Mabry to Retire

Mabry will retire as CFO on December 31, 2026, and informed the Board of his retirement on August 20, 2026.
Mealor will join Renasant as Executive Vice President and Senior Executive Vice President of the Bank on October 5, 2026, and will serve as CFO of both Renasant and the Bank beginning January 1, 2027.
Mealor brings a 23-year career with KBW and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, including experience analyzing financial services institutions and coverage of small- and mid-cap banks, and will join from KBW/Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, A Stifel Company.
The board’s intention to nominate James C. Mabry IV for election to Renasant’s Board at the 2027 Annual Meeting is to occur in accordance with the board’s standard nominating procedures.
