Iovance Biotherapeutics raises its 2026 revenue forecast following strong demand for cancer therapies.

Iovance Biotherapeutics raised its 2026 revenue forecast to $410 million-$420 million, up from $350 million-$370 million, citing strong U.S. demand for its cancer therapies Amtagvi and Proleukin. The revised outlook implies nearly 60% year-over-year revenue growth and follows record second-quarter product revenue of $99.3 million. The company said its authorized treatment-center network has reached about 100 sites and is expected to grow to at least 110 by year-end; it plans to report third-quarter results in early November.
The new guidance is above the analyst consensus of $402.8 million, not just the company's previous forecast.
Interim CEO Frederick Vogt said rising patient demand and the current manufacturing schedule give Iovance “strong visibility” into third- and fourth-quarter revenue.
Iovance said lifileucel is continuing through registrational programs for additional solid-tumor indications, while manufacturing and operating efficiencies are helping advance its progress toward profitability.
Amtagvi is described as the first FDA-approved one-time treatment for previously treated advanced melanoma; the company said it was approved in three global markets.
