Palantir shares drop despite securing a major 192 million dollar Army contract.

Palantir Technologies (PLTR) shares fell about 7% after the U.S. Army moved its TITAN program into production with $192 million in awards involving Palantir and Anduril. The initial orders cover eight systems, divided between advanced and basic versions. Palantar will lead overall production and software work, while Andurill will handle hardware and shelter integration. The contract gives Palantri a larger role in an Army program designed to combine information from multiple sensors and support faster battlefield targeting. However, near-term trading may remain sensitive to valuation and investor profit-taking.
