Envestnet Cuts Equity and Bond ETF Stakes While Increasing U.S. Treasuries

Envestnet held 504,269 shares of the iShares ESG Advanced MSCI USA ETF after the sale, representing approximately 2.28% of the fund.
The Treasury ETF purchase added 257,703 shares, bringing Envestnet’s total SPDR Portfolio Intermediate Term Treasury ETF holdings to 1,244,488 shares, or about 0.33% of the fund.
Envestnet sold 2,459,308 shares of the iShares MSCI EAFE Value ETF and retained 1,783,999 shares, equal to approximately 0.44% of the fund.
The iShares Russell Mid-Cap Growth ETF represented about 0.9% of Envestnet’s investment portfolio and was its 26th-largest position after the reduction; Envestnet retained 1,352,671 shares.
The iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF was approximately 0.15% of the fund’s outstanding shares and remained Envestnet’s 21st-largest holding, with 2,184,657 shares after the sale.
