Revolver Brewing Expands 'Blood & Honey' Brand into New Whiskey, Gin, and Vodka Spirits in Texas

Revolver Brewing, a Texas-based subsidiary of Tilray Brands, Inc., has rebranded as Revolver Beer and Spirits, launching a new line of whiskey, gin, and vodka under its beloved Blood & Honey name, according to Financial Post. The spirits go on sale exclusively in Texas starting today.
The move extends the Blood & Honey flavor profile — built on blood orange and raw Texas honey — from beer into three new spirits. Each bottle is 80 proof (40% ABV) and made with unfiltered honey sourced from Burleson's Honey in Waxahachie, Texas, Daily Guardian reported.
Revolver's flagship Blood & Honey beer built a loyal following in Texas with its signature mix of blood orange and honey. The brewery is now betting that same flavor combination can win over spirits drinkers. The new line includes a whiskey, a gin, and a vodka — all carrying the Blood & Honey name, Leader Post reported.
All three spirits share a common thread: raw, unfiltered Texas honey from Burleson's Honey. That honey is a key ingredient in both the taste and the brand story. Each spirit is bottled at 80 proof, keeping things consistent across the lineup, according to Montreal Gazette.
Revolver is starting small and staying home. The spirits will be available exclusively in Texas at launch. That fits the brand's identity as a deeply Texas company — from its Granbury, Texas home base to its use of local Waxahachie honey, Stratford Beacon Herald noted.
Limiting the launch to one state lets Revolver control quality and build buzz before any wider rollout. No timeline for expansion beyond Texas has been announced, according to Ontario Farmer.
Revolver's parent company, Tilray Brands, has been pushing its craft beer portfolio to grow beyond beer. This rebrand is part of that broader strategy. Turning a well-known regional beer brand into a beer-and-spirits label is a way to squeeze more value from a single brand name, Woodstock Sentinel Review reported.
The craft spirits market in the US has grown steadily over the past decade. Launching under an already-recognized Texas craft beer brand gives Revolver a head start over newer, unknown spirit labels competing for shelf space, Recorder noted.
The lineup covers the three most popular spirits categories: whiskey, gin, and vodka. All three are tied together by the blood orange and honey flavor profile that made the original beer famous. Each is bottled at 80 proof and made with raw, unfiltered honey, according to Shoreline Beacon.
Burleson's Honey, the Waxahachie, Texas supplier behind the ingredient, gives the spirits a clear local identity. Using a named, local producer also adds a craft credibility story that appeals to today's spirit buyers, Fairview Post reported.
