Arcfra's Neutree 1.1 Platform Enhances GPU Utilization and AI Governance for Enterprises

Arcfra has launched Neutree 1.1, a new version of its Model-as-a-Service platform built to help enterprises get more out of their GPUs and better control AI inference at scale. The update adds native GPU virtualization, letting a single GPU run multiple AI model instances at the same time, according to Yahoo Finance.
Foxconn, the world's largest electronics manufacturer, was among the first companies to try the platform. Neutree is now open source and available on GitHub.
The biggest change in Neutree 1.1 is native vGPU support. In plain terms, one physical GPU can now run several AI models at the same time instead of just one. Earlier versions only offered GPU passthrough and logical isolation. The new layer adds true virtualization on top of that, Yahoo Finance reported.
This matters most for lighter workloads. Use cases include OCR, speech recognition, text embedding, reranking, and running multiple services at once. For companies paying high prices for GPU hardware, splitting one card across several tasks can cut costs sharply.
Neutree 1.1 also gives IT administrators a global view of GPU usage across every node in their infrastructure. That means they can see exactly where resources are being used and where they are sitting idle. From there, they can allocate, schedule, and split GPU capacity based on real demand, according to Yahoo Finance.
This kind of visibility is hard to get at scale. Without it, companies often over-provision hardware or leave expensive GPUs underused. The new dashboard aims to close that gap and make resource planning more precise.
Beyond GPU management, Neutree 1.1 expands model governance features. Administrators can now manage model usage, set quotas, control access, and run security audits across AI applications. These tools are designed for enterprises that need to track who is using which models and how much, Yahoo Finance reported.
Governance is a growing concern as companies deploy more AI agents in production. Arcfra positions Neutree as a core piece of its agentic AI infrastructure. The open-source release on GitHub means teams can inspect the code, contribute, and deploy it without a licensing fee.
Foxconn's early adoption signals that Neutree is being tested at real industrial scale. The Taiwan-based manufacturer runs massive production operations and has been expanding its AI infrastructure investments. Getting a company of that size to trial the platform is a meaningful early endorsement for Arcfra.
Arcfra is targeting enterprises that run large fleets of GPUs for AI inference. As demand for inference capacity grows, tools that help companies use existing hardware more efficiently are becoming more valuable. Neutree 1.1 is Arcfra's answer to that pressure.
