Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray evaluated for concussion following violent first-quarter collision

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray was replaced by backup quarterback Carson Wentz after a violent first-quarter collision with Green Bay Packers' edge rusher Lukas Van Ness and defensive back Javon Bullard. Murray was hit to the head and immediately went to the locker room, where he lay on the ground. Green Bay was penalized for unnecessary roughness and the Vikings replaced him with backup quarterback Wentz. The collision occurred during a third-and-7 play.
