Zayo's DynamicLink NaaS Platform Receives CRN Tech Innovator Award for Advancing Enterprise Networking

Zayo's Network-as-a-Service platform, DynamicLink, has won the 2026 CRN Tech Innovator Award in the Advancing Enterprise Networking category. The award recognizes the platform for giving IT teams real-time control over their networks without relying on traditional, slow provisioning methods, according to National Post.
DynamicLink covers 90,000 enterprise locations and connects to more than 1,700 data centers across North America. It lets companies provision bandwidth, link to cloud environments, and manage network services — all through a self-service portal, Financial Post reported.
CRN gave DynamicLink the award for three core strengths: real-time network provisioning and scaling, integrated security and observability, and AI-powered network management. These are features that legacy network tools have historically struggled to deliver together in one platform, according to Toronto Sun.
Traditional enterprise networking often means long wait times to adjust bandwidth or add new connections. DynamicLink flips that model. Enterprises can scale up or down on demand, connect to cloud providers, and monitor their network — all from a single portal, The Province reported.
Built into DynamicLink is DashAI, a conversational AI assistant. Users can manage network operations using plain language commands instead of complex technical interfaces. That means an IT manager can ask DashAI to adjust bandwidth or check network health the same way they'd send a text message, according to Montreal Gazette.
AI-powered network management is a growing priority for enterprises as networks get more complex. DashAI is designed to cut down the time and expertise needed to keep those networks running smoothly. Zayo says this makes DynamicLink more accessible to a wider range of IT teams, Sudbury Star reported.
Zayo describes itself as a leading digital network infrastructure provider. Its DynamicLink platform is built on a network spanning 90,000 enterprise locations and over 1,700 data centers. That reach gives enterprises a wide foundation to build on without needing to piece together multiple vendors, according to Fort McMurray Today.
The platform bundles connectivity, security, and network visibility into one package. That kind of integrated approach is increasingly what large enterprises want — fewer vendors, more control, and faster response times when something goes wrong, Recorder reported.
Network-as-a-Service, or NaaS, is a model where companies pay for network capabilities on demand rather than owning and managing physical hardware. Zayo says DynamicLink is built to fully deliver on that promise — with real-world control and scalability from day one, according to Stratford Beacon Herald.
The CRN Tech Innovator Awards are judged by CRN's editorial team and recognize products that push the technology industry forward. Winning in the enterprise networking category puts DynamicLink alongside the year's most recognized business technology products, Daily Herald Tribune noted.
