InnoCare secures clinical trial approval for its novel bispecific ADC targeting solid tumors in China.

InnoCare Pharma, a leading biopharmaceutical company focusing on cancer and autoimmune diseases, has announced the approval of its Investigational New Drug (IND) application for ICP-B381, a novel bispecific ADC targeting PSMA and STEAP1, for the treatment of solid tumors including prostate cancer. This is InnoCare's first bispespecific ADC to enter the clinic and the third to enter clinical trials. The company's proprietary ADC technology platform combines a humanized anti-PSMA/STEAP1 antibody with a potent proprietary payload via a next-generation irreversible linker. ICP B381 demonstrated robust antitumor activity in preclinical studies, outperforming the corresponding single-target PSMA-ADC and STEap1-ADc at the same dose, with favorable tolerability.
