Pacvue Launches Prism, Creating Industry's First Agentic Commerce Grid for Brands

Pacvue launched Pacvue Prism on June 22, 2026, at the Cannes Lions festival — billing it as the industry's first Agentic Commerce Grid. The platform gives brands a single, connected view of every channel a customer touches, from retail search to conversational AI GlobeNewswire.
The launch arrives as AI agents increasingly handle product discovery and purchasing for consumers. The retail media market is projected to hit $203.9 billion in 2026, up 14% year over year, and McKinsey estimates agentic commerce could reach $1 trillion in US revenue by 2030 National Post.
Pacvue Prism combines Pacvue's existing retail media tools with new capabilities in search, programmatic, social, and frontier formats like conversational and shoppable ads. Each brand's Grid is built on its own first-party data, configured to its channel mix, and optimized for its specific business goals Montreal Gazette.
The platform targets three problems that have long plagued brands: fragmented measurement, siloed budgets, and no clear line between media spend and business outcomes. It uses proprietary halo measurement, regression modeling, and pixel tracking to connect every media dollar to a result Toronto Sun.
The core problem Pacvue is solving is a new kind of data blackout. When a consumer uses ChatGPT or Gemini to find a product, the retailer only "sees" the transaction when the agent hits "add to cart." Everything before that — discovery, comparison, evaluation — is invisible The Whig.
Already, 39% of consumers use AI for product discovery, with that figure topping 50% among Gen Z. During Cyber Week 2025, one in five orders involved an AI agent, according to Salesforce data Edmonton Sun. Pacvue reports its agentic workflows deliver insights 80 times faster and improve campaign performance by up to 54%.
The Prism launch is the result of rapid moves since April. Pacvue launched its AI Outcome Engine on April 14, became a partner in the Ads in ChatGPT Pilot on May 5, and signed a strategic deal with Dentsu on June 2, making Pacvue the preferred commerce tech platform for Dentsu's US business The Province.
The platform also integrates with The Trade Desk, Pinterest, tvScientific, Firework, and Shopsense AI. Pacvue President Melissa Burdick said the goal is "bringing greater connectivity and agility across media and commerce" as the consumer journey becomes "nonlinear" and "multi-platform" Fort McMurray Today.
Not everyone is cheering. Analysts at Digiday warn that if consumers start searches inside LLMs, the high-margin on-site search revenue that powers retailers like Walmart could collapse. One study found ChatGPT referrals currently convert 86% worse than traditional affiliate links because merchant systems aren't yet built for machine-readable commerce Brantford Expositor.
A separate concern is brand loyalty. Research from Braze found that 71% of marketing leaders already feel AI agents are weakening their direct connection to consumers. Regulatory risk is also rising — questions about whether AI agents favor certain products over others could trigger antitrust investigations as early as 2027 Stratford Beacon Herald.
