Dorsett Hospitality International launched Perfect 10 on September 8, 2026, a new rewards campaign designed to give members a free reward after every 10 eligible hotel nights Financial Post. The program works like a stamp card: each night stayed earns one stamp, and 10 stamps unlock a Reward Credit worth the average room rate of those 10 nights Daily Guardian. Membership is completely free, and guests start earning from their very first stay across Dorsett properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and beyond.
Members earn one stamp for each eligible hotel night. After 10 nights, they receive a Reward Credit calculated as actual cash equal to the average room rate across those 10 stays National Post. For example, five nights at a $155 property plus five nights at a $240 property would equal a $197.50 reward credit. The program rewards mix-and-match stays, so members don't lose value by trying different Dorsett hotels.
The loyalty program uses four membership levels based on annual stays Recorder. Classic members (0–7 nights yearly) get free enrollment. Silver members (8–19 nights) earn 10% bonus points. Gold members (20–29 nights) receive 20% bonus points. Platinum members (30+ nights yearly) get 30% bonus points. All members enjoy direct booking discounts of 12%, full-stay flexibility called "Dorsett 26 Hours," and free Wi-Fi.
Perfect 10 aims to encourage guests to book directly through Dorsett's website instead of using third-party travel agencies The Whig. The average room rate calculation rewards members who book the same way repeatedly. Senior Vice President Anita Chan stated: "Every stay brings members closer to something worth looking forward to." The campaign highlights stays at properties like Dorsett Kai Tak in Hong Kong, Dorsett Gold Coast in Australia, and Dorsett Canary Wharf in London.
