DIAGNOS Extends Stock Warrant Exercise Period to June 2027, Pending TSX Approval

DIAGNOS Inc., a Canadian AI health company, plans to extend the exercise period of 6,715,369 stock warrants by nearly 10 months. According to Financial Post, the new expiry date would move from August 5, 2026 to June 5, 2027.
The warrants carry an exercise price of C$0.40 per common share. All other terms stay the same. The change still needs approval from the TSX Venture Exchange before it takes effect.
The warrants in question came from a non-brokered private placement. DIAGNOS announced that deal in two stages — first on February 5, 2025, then again on February 14, 2025. A private placement is when a company sells shares or securities directly to a select group of investors, not the general public.
The 6,715,369 warrants give holders the right to buy DIAGNOS shares at C$0.40 each. Extending the deadline gives those investors more time to decide whether to use that right. No other terms of the warrants will change, Calgary Sun reported.
The warrant extension is not final yet. DIAGNOS says the amendment is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, the Canadian stock exchange where the company trades under the ticker ADK. The company also trades on the OTCQB in the US under DGNOF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under 4D4A.
If the exchange does not approve the change, the warrants will still expire on the original date of August 5, 2026. The company has not said when it expects a decision from the exchange.
DIAGNOS is based in Brossard, Quebec. The company focuses on finding serious health conditions before they get worse. It uses advanced artificial intelligence to analyze medical data and flag potential problems early.
Early detection can lead to better outcomes for patients and lower costs for healthcare systems. DIAGNOS targets critical conditions where catching the problem early makes the biggest difference. The warrant extension may help the company maintain investor flexibility as it continues to grow.
