LTM Partners With Anthropic to Accelerate Enterprise Claude Adoption Across Industries

LTM, a business and technology services firm, has partnered with Anthropic to bring Claude AI tools to large enterprises at scale, according to The Woodstock Sentinel-Review. The deal covers Claude, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork — Anthropic's suite of AI products — across engineering, modernization, and everyday business workflows.
The partnership includes joint go-to-market plans focused on measurable results, not just deployment. LTM also plans to embed Claude into its own delivery model to hit what it calls "market-leading productivity benchmarks," The Sudbury Star reported.
LTM is not spreading its efforts thin. The firm is zeroing in on four specific sectors: banking and financial services (BFSI), high-tech, consumer, and production industries, according to The Observer. These are large, complex sectors where AI tools like Claude could cut costs and speed up workflows.
Claude Code, one of the tools in the deal, is built for software engineering tasks. It can write, review, and fix code. For industries running legacy systems — like banks and manufacturers — that kind of tool can speed up modernization projects that might otherwise take years, Pembroke Observer noted.
Beyond selling Claude to clients, LTM plans to use it internally across its own service delivery teams. The goal is to build consistent adoption patterns — meaning LTM's staff uses Claude the same way every time, so results are predictable, Recorder reported.
This internal rollout matters because it lets LTM test what works before recommending it to clients. It also means the firm can show real productivity numbers from its own experience. LTM described the target as "market-leading productivity benchmarks" in software delivery, Cold Lake Sun reported.
For Anthropic, the deal gives Claude a direct path into some of the world's largest companies. LTM describes itself as a "Business Creativity partner" to major global enterprises, The Woodstock Sentinel-Review reported. That client base gives Anthropic reach it would be hard to build on its own.
Anthropic competes with OpenAI, Google, and others for enterprise AI contracts. Channel partners like LTM are a key part of that race. When a trusted consulting firm recommends a specific AI tool, large companies are far more likely to adopt it, according to County Market.
Claude Cowork is the third product in the deal. It is designed for non-technical workers — think finance teams, HR, or operations staff — who need AI help with everyday tasks like writing reports, summarizing documents, or answering questions, Stratford Beacon Herald reported.
By pairing Claude Code for developers with Claude Cowork for business teams, LTM can offer a full-stack AI solution to a single client. That makes the pitch simpler. One partner, one AI platform, across the whole company.
