HKC, KOORUI and ANTGAMER Earn Five Major Honors for Display Innovation at IFA 2026

Three display makers—HKC, KOORUI, and ANTGAMER—claimed five awards at IFA 2026 for breakthrough monitor technology Recorder. The brands won two brand-level honors, including the Advanced Display Technology Brand Award and the Innovative Monitor Brand Award, plus three product awards for extreme gaming and ultra-wide displays. The wins mark a major push by Chinese manufacturers into high-end European markets.
The awards come as display makers race to break refresh-rate records. ANTGAMER's new ANT275PQ Ultra hits 1080Hz at lower resolutions, while HKC's Shield C83U60 delivers an 83-inch curved ultra-wide at 12K resolution. Calgary Sun reports the hardware will debut globally between Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
Gaming monitor makers are pushing refresh rates to unprecedented speeds. National Post notes ANTGAMER's ANT275PQ Ultra supports 1080Hz at 1080p resolution with a 1ms response time, making it the world's first dual-mode display of its kind. The ANT25ASF model reaches 1000Hz natively at 1080p on a 24-inch screen.
The hardware targets esports competitors seeking millisecond-level advantages in fast-action games. Most mainstream gamers use 144Hz to 360Hz displays, but professional esports teams increasingly demand higher frame rates. These extreme specs represent the current frontier in gaming display technology.
HKC's Shield C83U60 breaks ground in a different way. The 83.4-inch monitor delivers 12K resolution (11,520×2,160 pixels) on a curved panel with a 1000-radius bend. Montreal Gazette reports this is the world's first monitor of its class, designed for immersive content creation and professional workstations rather than gaming.
The massive display reflects HKC's strategy to dominate both gaming and pro markets. While ANTGAMER chases frame-rate records, HKC addresses content producers who need extreme pixel density and curved immersion for video editing, 3D design, and financial trading floors.
These five awards signal HKC Group's shift from budget manufacturing to premium innovation. The company has invested over 20 years in display R&D and now competes directly against established Western brands like Dell, LG, and ASUS. Leader Post confirms the brands will showcase all hardware at Booth H22-111 through September 8 at Messe Berlin.
International Data Group (IDG), which runs the awards since 2014, recognized advances in immersive displays and esports performance. Global availability launches in early 2027, targeting European and North American buyers who prioritize cutting-edge specs over traditional brand loyalty.
