Innovotech CEO Craig Milne Presents at Life Sciences Investor Forum June 25, 2026

Innovotech Inc. (TSXV: IOT; OTCQB: IOTCF), a small Edmonton-based life sciences company, will put its turnaround story before investors on June 25th. CEO Craig Milne is set to present live at the Life Sciences Investor Forum hosted by VirtualInvestorConferences.com, where attendees can ask questions in real time.
The timing is critical. The company posted record full-year 2025 revenue of $4.53 million — more than double 2024's $2.19 million — but then saw Q1 2026 revenue fall 44% to $648,140, according to Toronto Sun. Management now needs to convince investors the drop was a one-time setback, not a sign of deeper trouble.
Innovotech's 2025 success was largely built on one big move. In November 2024, the company acquired Keystone Labs Inc., a boutique analytical and microbiology lab. That deal more than doubled annual revenue. The company also earned a 52.9% gross margin and its first net profit — $88,634 — for the full year, National Post reported.
But Q1 2026 exposed a weakness. A single large client shifted a major project, and revenue collapsed from $1.15 million to $648,140 in one quarter. The company recorded a net loss of $401,295. CEO Milne described the current period as a "strategic transformation" aimed at reducing "client concentration risk," but the stock has fallen roughly 40% from its April high of $0.34 CAD to near its 52-week low of $0.10 CAD.
Innovotech named Craig Kalvin as its new Chief Financial Officer on June 17th — just eight days before the forum. He replaced Bernard Grobbelaar following the company's Annual General Meeting. Milne said Kalvin's "judgement and pragmatism will be critical in translating strategy into disciplined execution," according to The Observer.
The leadership changes go deeper. In February 2026, Jodi McDonald — former President of Keystone Labs — was appointed Chief Operating Officer, and Rod Szarka became Chief Commercial Officer. The company also signed a new facility lease in Edmonton to house its analytical chemistry and GMP microbiology work. GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice, a standard required by health regulators.
On May 13th, Canada's NRC IRAP awarded Innovotech up to $234,000 CAD to develop advanced antimicrobial testing for medical devices. The research targets biofilms — clusters of bacteria that cling to implants and catheters and are hard to kill with standard antibiotics. Roughly 75% of hospital-acquired infections in the U.S. are catheter-associated, Brantford Expositor noted.
In April 2026, Innovotech shares began trading on the U.S. OTCQB Market under the ticker IOTCF. The move was designed to attract American institutional and retail investors. The company's market cap sits at roughly $5.72 million CAD. It also holds $7.3 million in long-term tax pools — a cushion that could shelter future profits from taxation, according to Cochrane Times Post.
Independent analysts see a wide range of outcomes. One analysis cited a "base case" upside of 338% if Innovotech scales its lab services and stabilizes recurring revenue. The bear case puts the stock at $0.06 CAD if client concentration problems persist. Technical indicators on major platforms currently label the stock a "strong sell," Pincher Creek Echo reported.
The forum itself — co-hosted by Zacks Small-Cap Research — is designed to close the information gap that plagues micro-cap companies. By giving investors direct access to management, organizers hope to reduce the volatility that comes when small companies are poorly understood. A replay of the June 25th webcast will be available after the event for those who cannot attend live.
