USC Football Sees Mild Attendance Increase for Friday Night Fresno State Game

USC football fans saw a significant increase in attendance for their Friday night game against Fresno State, despite the team's low performance in their season opener against San José State. The game was held in the student section of the Coliseum, with tickets distributed of 53,014 representing only a mild increase from the announced total of 51,144. Despite this, USC fans remained below capacity for the Coliseum (77,500). The team is expected to average 67,783 fans per home game during the 2025 season. Former USC receivers Ja’Kobi Lane and Makai Lemon attended the game, which was attended by former NFL players Ja‘Kobi and Makayle.
