Four Firms Close Trading Windows Ahead of Q2 Financial Results

Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems, Mizzen Ventures and Texmaco Rail & Engineering will close their securities trading windows beginning October 1, 2026, ahead of releasing unaudited results for the quarter or half-year ended September 30. The restrictions apply to designated persons and, in some cases, their immediate relatives, under India’s insider-trading rules and company codes of conduct. Each company said the window will reopen 48 hours after its results are made public; Narmada has not yet announced its results meeting date.
