Five Indian Companies Approve FY26 Dividends and Financial Statements at Annual Meetings

Shareholders of five Indian companies approved FY26 dividends at annual meetings held in September 2026. Olectra Greentech approved a final dividend of ₹0.60 per share, while DDev Plastiks approved a total payout of ₹1.75 per share, including its previously paid interim dividend. Donear Industries declared ₹0.20 per share, Ceinsys Tech ₹3.50 per share, and Atam Valves ₹0.35 per share. The meetings also approved audited financial statements and various governance matters, including director appointments or reappointments, auditor remuneration, and related-party transactions. Olectra and DDev shareholders also raised questions about company strategy and operations, including EV manufacturing and battery storage.
At Olectra Greentech’s AGM, shareholders also asked about sales margins, monthly sales reporting and cost-reduction initiatives; management addressed these alongside questions on deliveries and share splitting.
At DDev Plastiks’ meeting, 86 members holding 79.60% of paid-up capital attended, and management addressed questions about the Bhiwadi unit’s growth prospects and mitigating geopolitical supply-chain disruptions.
Atam Valves held its AGM in person at Hotel Radisson in Jalandhar; shareholders also approved increasing the board’s borrowing powers and authorizing it to create charges, mortgages and hypothecations.
At Ceinsys Tech’s AGM, four of the five members who registered as speakers raised questions about the company’s financial performance and vision, which Managing Director Kaushik Khona addressed.
