Marble Wealth Boosts Portfolio with $85 Million in New Stakes, Including S&P 500 ETF

Marble Wealth LLC disclosed new positions from its latest 13F filings, including a stake in Wells Fargo & Company and additional purchases across several diversified funds and large-cap stocks. For Wells Fargo, the firm bought 12,893 shares worth about $1.2 million, while a range of other institutional investors also adjusted their holdings, and institutional investors collectively own about three-quarters of the company’s shares. Marble Wealth also added to its ETF exposure by buying shares of the Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF and acquiring iShares Core S&P 500 ETF, with the latter becoming its largest holding and representing about 8.5% of the firm’s portfolio. In single-stock moves, Marble Wealth established a new position in Duke Energy valued around $1.1 million, where multiple institutions made smaller concurrent trades and institutional investors own a majority of the stock. The firm additionally bought GE Aerospace shares worth about $6.3 million, as other major institutions increased or added to their own positions. Taken together, the filings show Marble Wealth continuing to build both core index and dividend/utility/industrial exposure through incremental reallocations.
For Wells Fargo (WFC), UBS Group reiterated a “buy” rating and set a $113.00 price target in a research note dated Feb. 4.
Duke Energy (DUK) saw insider selling: CEO Harry K. Sideris sold 20,000 shares on May 8 at an average price of $124.37 (about $2.49 million total), reducing his stake by 17.23%. The filing also notes another CEO transaction by Louis E. Renjel (3,500 shares sold on May 11).
GE Aerospace (GE) was accompanied by a snapshot of company fundamentals in the filing coverage, including a 52-week range of $232.24–$348.48, market capitalization of about $331.88 billion, P/E of 39.17 (PEG 3.01) and beta of 1.37, alongside liquidity and leverage figures (quick ratio 0.70, current ratio 1.01; debt-to-equity 0.99).
Alongside Marble Wealth’s new iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) position, the reporting highlights additional large institutional buying—for example, Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management increased its IVV holding by 409,816 shares to 33,837,717 shares worth about $23.18 billion (and other investors such as Envestnet Asset Management, Marshall Wace, and Nisa Investment Advisors also added during recent quarters).
