Rafael Carrasco comes to Rentokil Initial with deep experience running large, spread-out operations. Phill Wood Leads a Division Spanning Four Continents
Phill Wood's new International Division is the larger of the two by geography. It covers Europe, UK, Ireland, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, MENAT, Latin America and the Pacific, LSE reported. Wood will keep his existing role leading the UK, Ireland and Sub-Saharan Africa region at the same time.
The International arm brings together markets at very different stages of growth. Giving it a single CEO is designed to cut complexity and push faster decisions closer to customers, the company said.
