Vise Technologies Significantly Increases Stakes in Visa, Walmart, and Key ETFs Amid Institutional Rebalancing

Vise Technologies Inc. increased its Visa stake by 84.1% in the fourth quarter, bringing its holdings to 74,788 shares valued at about $26.2 million, as other investors also added to Visa and institutions account for the vast majority of ownership. In Walmart, Vise boosted its position by 42.1% to 275,341 shares worth roughly $30.7 million, following a sharp cut by Vista Cima Wealth Management, with total institutional ownership reported at about 26.8%. Vise also expanded its ETF exposure, lifting its iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor ETF stake by 61.3% to 33,360 shares valued around $8.35 million. Separately, it raised its position in the Dimensional US Large Cap Value ETF by 209.5%, adding to a now 2.58 million-share position worth about $88.3 million, where the fund represents about 2.7% of Vise’s holdings and its eighth-largest position. Across these moves, the filings underscore a broader pattern of active institutional rebalancing in large-cap financials and factor-based ETFs.
In Visa, other investors also materially reshuffled positions alongside Vise: V. Clayton Financial Group LLC increased its stake by 446.2%, moving to 71 shares worth about $25,000 after buying an additional 58 shares in the quarter.
For Walmart, the primary seller referenced in the filings—Vista Cima Wealth Management LLC—cut its stake by 73.9% by selling 5,351 shares, leaving it with 1,888 shares valued at roughly $210,000.
In the iShares MSCI USA Momentum Factor ETF (MTUM), Qube Research & Technologies Ltd boosted its position by 543.9%, bringing its holdings to 127,461 shares worth about $30.631 million after adding 107,665 shares.
In the Dimensional US Large Cap Value ETF (DFLV), Coldstream Capital Management Inc. increased its stake by 132.4%, reaching 4,252,689 shares valued at about $139.913 million after buying an additional 2,422,652 shares.
