Fontaines D.C. Announce 20-Date UK and European Arena Tour for New Album

The October 21 tour kickoff in Lisbon will take place at the MEO Arena, anchoring the European start of the run.
The UK dates begin with a Liverpool show on November 20, followed by Manchester on November 21, then Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham and London (O2 Arena) wrapping up on November 27.
The album was recorded across London, the English countryside and Palermo, with Grian Chatten laying down vocals in a makeshift booth built from mattresses and cushions in Palermo.

Fontaines D.C. have announced their biggest headline tour to date, with 20 arena shows across the UK and Europe DIY. The Irish post-punk band kicks off their run on October 21 at Lisbon's MEO Arena Louder Sound, then moves through mainland Europe before wrapping up November 27 at London's O2 Arena DIY. The tour supports their new album Dopamine Chamber, produced by James Ford and out October 16 via XL Recordings Clash Music.
The European leg spans Madrid, Barcelona, Bologna, Belgrade, Prague, Łódź, Berlin, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Paris Still Listening. The UK run begins November 20 in Liverpool, followed by Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, and Birmingham before the London finale Explore Liverpool. Chalk, an indie Belfast band, will support the shows Still Listening.

Before the October tour begins, Fontaines D.C. will headline Reading and Leeds this weekend Still Listening. The band also performs at Electric Picnic as part of a packed festival calendar Still Listening. These performances come just before the new album drops and the massive arena tour kicks off in Lisbon.
