Phantom Realty Engine Launches New Mobile Apps, Empowering Agents and Clients with Advanced AI

Ghostly Labs has launched two mobile apps for its Phantom Realty Engine platform, putting real estate AI directly in the hands of agents and their clients, according to Barchart. The release follows a July platform debut that converted 1,400 of 15,000 cold leads into active buyers — a roughly 9% conversion rate — while average users spent 6.4 times longer on the site.
The apps split into two distinct tools: one for buyers browsing listings, and one for agents running market analysis. Both tap into the same AI engine that powers the core platform, The Sudbury Star reported.
The buyer-facing app lets clients browse live MLS listings and ask the platform's AI questions directly. Buyers can run comparative market analyses, search listings, and get follow-up from their agent — all from a phone, according to Barchart. A comparative market analysis, or CMA, compares a home's value against similar nearby properties that recently sold.
The goal is to keep buyers engaged without requiring them to open a laptop or call their agent for basic data. By putting AI-driven search in a mobile app, Ghostly Labs is betting that easier access translates into more active buyers, Stratford Beacon Herald reported.
The agent app gives Realtors a full CMA on the go. It pulls comparable sales, price per square foot, days on market, and active competition data in one place, according to Owen Sound Sun Times. Agents no longer need to be at a desk to pull that kind of detailed market picture.
Days on market tracks how long a listing sits before it sells — a key signal of how hot or slow a local market is. Having that data mobile means agents can answer client questions in real time, Brantford Expositor noted.
The two apps build on momentum from Phantom Realty Engine's first deployment in July. In that rollout, the platform took in over 15,000 cold leads and turned 1,400 of them into active buyers, according to Barchart. Users also spent 6.4 times longer on the site compared to typical real estate browsing sessions.
Those numbers suggest the AI engagement model is working. Converting roughly 1 in 10 cold leads — people who showed up with no prior intent to buy — into active buyers is a significant result for the industry, Pincher Creek Echo reported.
Ghostly Labs bills Phantom Realty Engine as "The First Intuitive Real Estate AI platform for Realtors." The company's push into mobile apps signals it wants AI tools to become a standard part of how agents work day-to-day, not just a back-office feature, according to Cochrane Times Post.
The real estate industry has been slow to adopt AI compared to other sectors. By packaging advanced market data into simple mobile apps, Ghostly Labs is targeting the gap between what agents can access and what clients increasingly expect, Fort Saskatchewan Record reported.
