Aligned Secures $60 Million Series B Funding, Bolstering its AI-Powered B2B Sales Workspace Leadership

After the first meeting, Aligned uses a single collaboration link that requires no login, letting the buyer group, the seller, and AI agents work the deal together in one shared workspace where content, context, comments and next steps live in one place.
G2's Summer 2026 reports crown Aligned No. 1 in Digital Sales Rooms across SMB, Mid-Market and Client Portal, underscoring its market-leading position in the category.
The sales process for Aligned's customers involves six to 10 stakeholders, with buyers spending only about 17% of their total time interacting directly with suppliers—underscoring the need for a unified collaboration workspace.
Aligned claims CRM integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, enabling real-time buyer engagement without leaving the existing CRM workflow and reducing administrative burden.
Aligned, a B2B sales AI startup, has closed a $60 million Series B round led by PeakSpan Capital, bringing its total funding to $73.8 million, according to Business Insider. The company's annual recurring revenue tripled in the past year, fueled by enterprise customers like Deel, SimilarWeb, and WordPress shifting their entire sales process into its platform.
The raise positions Aligned as the dominant player in what it calls the "System of Action" for B2B sales — a single shared workspace where buyers, sellers, and AI agents run deals together, replacing the endless chain of emails and attachments that slow most enterprise deals to a crawl.
Aligned's core product is strikingly simple to explain. After a first sales meeting, the seller sends a single link. No login required. The buyer's whole team — often six to ten stakeholders — can open a shared workspace with proposals, case studies, and next steps all in one place, according to SiliconAngle. Buyers spend only 17% of their time actually talking to sellers. Aligned targets the other 83%.
CEO Gal Aga put it plainly: "The CRM was designed for the seller to track the buyer. Aligned was designed for the buyer and seller to build together." The no-login experience has become the product's biggest selling point. Sales ops teams on LinkedIn have called it the main reason buyer engagement scores have climbed.
Aligned added what it calls "Deal Agents" in 2025. These AI agents can respond to a buyer's technical questions — security forms, ROI calculations, scheduling — without the seller being present. This turns the workspace from a passive document hub into an active deal co-pilot, TipRanks reported.
Matt Polstein, the PeakSpan partner who led the $60 million round, said Aligned "moved from being a 'wrapper' for LLMs to a core system of action that users literally cannot close their browser tabs on." The platform also syncs directly with Salesforce and HubSpot, so sellers never have to leave their existing CRM to track buyer activity in real time.
G2's Summer 2026 reports ranked Aligned first in Digital Sales Rooms for both SMB and Mid-Market, and first in Client Portals. The triple ranking came just weeks before the funding close and helped cement the company's pitch to investors, according to Finsmes.
Aligned was founded by Gal Aga, Gal Dietsch, and Yotam Sela. The company operates across Israel, New York, and Europe and is now hiring aggressively in all three regions with the new capital.
The bigger strategic question is what Aligned's growth means for Salesforce and HubSpot. If the real work of a deal — the conversations, the documents, the decisions — all happens inside Aligned, the CRM risks becoming little more than a database no one actually reads. Industry analyst Mary Shea called Aligned "the 'System of Action' that Salesforce has struggled to build."
Critics argue that Digital Sales Rooms could be absorbed as a feature by larger platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, rather than survive as a standalone category. Aligned's counterargument is its deep CRM integration and its AI agent layer — neither of which a video tool can easily replicate. For now, $73.8 million in total backing says investors are betting on the standalone play, according to SiliconAngle.
