Bath & Body Works Expands to Over 600 Ulta Beauty Stores and Ulta.com Starting July 12

Bath & Body Works will expand with Ulta in more than 600 stores and Ulta.com starting July 12. The arrangement is framed as part of Bath & Body Works’ shift from a mall-centered specialty retailer to a global brand under its Consumer First Formula. The partnership will include Ulta exclusives such as the Juniper Breeze revival and a travel-size five-fragrance set. Ulta executives say the deal broadens its home-fragrance and beauty assortment with high-quality, ingredient-led brands. Bath & Body Works notes it has been testing off-mall growth via Amazon and other marketplaces as part of a broader plan to rebalance its retail footprint toward off-mall locations and third-party partners while continuing store investments. The overall aim is to reach new shoppers and support both physical stores and digital channels.
Ulta Beauty identifies a meaningful whitespace opportunity to better serve guests across high-quality home fragrance, hand soaps, lotions and body care, which the BBWI-Ulta partnership is designed to fill.
The collaboration features Ulta-exclusive items beyond Juniper Breeze, including a Mini Fine Fragrance Mist Set and the White Barn Neutrals candle collection at Ulta, complementing the exclusive Juniper Breeze offering.
Bath & Body Works' move with Ulta is framed as part of its Consumer First Formula strategy, aimed at expanding distribution beyond its own stores and digital channels to meet consumers where they shop.
The partnership is expected to help Bath & Body Works attract a younger demographic and strengthen its market presence by leveraging Ulta's status as the largest specialty beauty retailer in the U.S., with a broad store network.
