Canucks Radio Broadcasts Secure New Home on Kiss Radio Through 2026-27 Season

Vancouver Canucks radio broadcasts will continue through the 2026-27 season on Kiss radio, Postmedia confirmed six weeks after Sportsnet 650's closure. The Rogers-owned station broadcasts at 104.9 FM in Metro Vancouver and 107.5 FM and 92.5 FM in the Fraser Valley, ensuring fans won't lose access to pre-season and regular-season games.
Sportsnet 650, which carried Canucks broadcasts for years, shut down six weeks before this announcement. The Observer reported that the broadcasting rights were transferred to Rogers-owned Kiss radio. The move keeps the games on air despite the loss of the dedicated sports station that served Vancouver listeners.
All pre-season and regular-season Canucks games will air on Kiss radio. Vancouver Sun confirmed the station reaches Metro Vancouver at 104.9 FM and extends into the Fraser Valley at 107.5 FM and 92.5 FM. The broadcasts will include pre-game shows, post-game analysis, and intermission updates for fans across the region.
Postmedia has reached out to local broadcasters about hosting roles on the new Canucks radio broadcasts. No announcers or hosts have been hired yet. The station is building its announcing team ahead of the 2024-25 season to handle play-by-play commentary and game analysis.
