Average shipper monthly active users rose 12.8% year over year to 3.57 million in Q2 2026, signaling continued platform growth in user engagement.
Full Truck Alliance's Q3 revenue guidance in USD is $489.307 million to $504.046 million, with the midpoint around $496.676 million, roughly 13% above consensus estimates.
The management reiterated ongoing investments in the network, highlighting overseas expansion via QMove, nationwide LTL coverage, and pilots for autonomous delivery as drivers of future AI-powered growth.
Full Truck Alliance posted Q2 2026 revenue of RMB3.38 billion, up 4.4% year over year, beating analyst expectations on both earnings and sales, according to ScanX Trade. Net income rose 6.3% to RMB1.35 billion, while the company approved a quarterly dividend of roughly $87.5 million.
The Chinese digital freight platform — often called the "Uber for trucks" — also issued Q3 guidance that stunned Wall Street. Its projected revenue of $489–$504 million sits about 13% above what analysts had expected, Benzinga reported.
Full Truck Alliance reported non-GAAP adjusted net income of RMB1.43 billion in Q2 2026, up 17.6% year over year, according to ScanX Trade. Adjusted earnings per share also topped consensus estimates. Operating income came in at RMB1.49 billion for the quarter.
Cash generation was equally strong. The company produced RMB2.15 billion in operating cash flow and RMB2.04 billion in free cash flow. It ended the quarter with RMB33.4 billion in cash on hand, giving it plenty of fuel for investment and shareholder returns, Grafa noted.
The company logged 68.5 million fulfilled orders in Q2 2026 — a record high, according to TipRanks. Average shipper monthly active users rose 12.8% year over year to 3.57 million. That growth signals more shippers are turning to the platform to move freight.
Transaction service revenue jumped 33.1% year over year. That line of business — which includes value-added services like insurance and financing — is growing much faster than overall revenue. It shows the platform is doing more than just matching trucks to shippers.
Full Truck Alliance guided Q3 2026 revenue to between $489.3 million and $504.0 million. The midpoint of that range — roughly $496.7 million — is about 13% above the prior analyst consensus of $438.4 million, according to Benzinga. That is a rare and sizable beat on forward guidance.
The company also reiterated its plan to return roughly $400 million to shareholders in 2026 through dividends and buybacks, ScanX Trade reported. That commitment, paired with strong cash flow, gives investors clear visibility into capital return plans for the rest of the year.
Management pointed to several big bets for future growth. The company is expanding overseas through its QMove platform and has built out nationwide coverage for less-than-truckload, or LTL, shipping — where multiple shippers share a single truck. It is also running pilots for autonomous delivery vehicles.
Executives said investments in AI-driven tools and better transaction protections are meant to deepen the platform's network effects — meaning the more users join, the more valuable it becomes for everyone. Peter Hui Zhang, the company's CEO, highlighted user experience improvements as a key priority going forward, according to TipRanks.
