Trupeer AI Appoints Former UiPath President Raghu Subramanian to Accelerate US Enterprise Growth

Trupeer AI has hired Raghu Subramanian as President and Chief Business Officer to lead its push into the US enterprise market, the company announced on June 18, 2026. Subramanian was a founding executive at UiPath, where he helped build the company into a $35 billion NYSE-listed giant Calgary Herald.
Trupeer, backed by Salesforce Ventures and RTP Global, serves over 50,000 teams across 100 countries. It now focuses on the US, its fastest-growing market, where more than 15,000 new teams joined the platform in the past year alone Toronto Sun.
Subramanian brings 25 years of enterprise technology experience to Trupeer. At UiPath, he built the India and Asia-Pacific operations from scratch before the company went public. Now he is betting that AI agents will only be as useful as the knowledge they can access. "Enterprises have long struggled to get real value from AI, and the reason is fragmented context," he said Sudbury Star.
His focus at Trupeer will be Fortune 500 companies and the US parents of Global Capability Center networks. These are large offshore operations that multinationals use to run IT and business services. Trupeer CEO Shivali Goyal said Subramanian has spent "decades helping organisations adopt and scale transformative technologies" Owen Sound Sun Times.
Trupeer started in 2024 as a tool that turned raw screen recordings into studio-quality tutorial videos. It has since evolved into what the company calls a "workflow knowledge layer." That means it captures how employees do their jobs and converts those workflows into guides, SOPs, and AI-ready documents in over 120 languages Northern News.
The idea is to fix what Trupeer calls "knowledge rot" — the problem where documentation in tools like Confluence or Notion quickly becomes outdated and useless. AI agents cannot act on messy, unstructured information. Trupeer structures it so both humans and AI can actually use it Cold Lake Sun.
Trupeer's enterprise clients report strong results. Companies using the platform say onboarding and software rollout is 75% faster. Support ticket volume has dropped by 60% because employees can find answers themselves through Trupeer's AI-indexed knowledge base County Market.
The customer list includes Fortune 100 companies and top AI labs. Trupeer raised $3 million in seed funding in July 2025, led by RTP Global. Investor Madhur Makkar said the company turns a "complex, costly, and manual" process into something done "in minutes" Toronto Sun.
The timing of this hire reflects a broader industry shift. Gartner projects that 40% of enterprise apps will embed task-specific AI agents by the end of 2026. But Gartner also warns that 60% of AI projects could be abandoned due to poor data and knowledge infrastructure — exactly the gap Trupeer is trying to fill Calgary Herald.
Industry analysts see Trupeer as an infrastructure play, not just a productivity tool. Unlike Loom or Scribe, which focus on content capture, Trupeer aims to be the underlying knowledge layer that makes AI agents work reliably inside large organizations Owen Sound Sun Times.
