Brooks Running Achieves 14% Revenue Growth in First Half 2026 Driven by Global Expansion

Brooks Running posted 14% year-to-date revenue growth in the first half of 2026, capping a record second quarter for the performance running brand. Financial Post reported the gains were fueled by a runner-first strategy and a major push into international markets.
The results land against a strong industry backdrop. The global running market grew 10% to $43 billion in 2025, and Brooks is outpacing it in nearly every region it operates in.
In the Americas, Brooks grew 9% year over year in the first half of 2026, according to Leader Post. Solid, but international markets told an even bigger story.
Europe, the Middle East, and Africa jumped 39% year over year. Asia-Pacific added another 10%. The Observer noted that both regions accelerated during the same period, showing the brand's global push is gaining real traction.
In the U.S. specialty running market — the channel where the most serious runners shop — Brooks held its No. 1 position for the sixth straight month. Calgary Sun reported the brand extended its lead in market share for the rolling year.
Specialty retail is seen as the most demanding channel in the industry. Holding the top spot there signals trust among dedicated runners, not just casual buyers. Brooks has now owned that rank consistently through the first half of 2026.
The Adrenaline GTS, Brooks' flagship stability shoe, grew 19% year over year in Q3. Paris Star noted this reflects continued demand for the brand's most iconic franchise. Stability shoes help runners avoid injuries by controlling foot motion.
In Europe, Brooks outpaced the performance running footwear market in France, which grew 11% in Q2. The brand also held the No. 1 spot in Germany for adult performance running shoes priced at €90 or more, according to Stratford Beacon Herald.
The running industry's 10% global growth to $43 billion in 2025 created a rising tide. But Brooks is growing faster than the market in key regions. Ontario Farmer noted the brand's footwear, apparel, and accessories all stayed strong across channels.
Brooks has long bet on serving serious runners rather than chasing lifestyle trends. That focus appears to be paying off. A record Q2 and double-digit half-year growth suggest the strategy is working — both at home and abroad, according to The Crag and Canyon.
