Serif Health Secures First Institutional Growth Investment From SEVA to Expand Platform

Serif Health, a healthcare price transparency company, has secured its first institutional investment from SEVA Growth LP. Northern News reported the minority investment will fund expansion of Serif's customer base and data platform. Shalin Mehta, SEVA's founder, will join Serif's board of directors as part of the deal.

The investment will accelerate Serif's sales and growth initiatives. Pincher Creek Echo reported the funds will also develop new product features and data APIs—the technical tools that let other companies connect to Serif's data. The company aims to expand which healthcare organizations use its platform.
SEVA Growth LP is a growth-stage investment firm. Cold Lake Sun reported that Shalin Mehta, SEVA's founder and managing partner, will join Serif's board. This move signals SEVA's commitment to supporting Serif's expansion beyond just providing capital.
