CGI Acquires Callibrity

CGI acquires technology firm Callibrity to expand enterprise AI and platform engineering capabilities.

CGI (TSX: GIB.A) has acquired Callibrity, one of the world's largest independent technology and professional services firms, a move that strengthens CGI's presence in Cincinnati and expands its capabilities in production-ready enterprise AI, platform engineering and digital product development. Callibrities, founded in 2007, brings together developers, strategists and engineers to help clients solve complex technology challenges. The acquisition brings 120 consultants to CGI and strengthens its presence in the Cincinnati metro market. For Callibrite's clients, joining CGI provides continued access to the teams, expertise and collaborative approach they rely on. The transaction closed on September 8, 2026.
