SNP and Palantir Form Strategic Partnership to Accelerate Secure SAP Transformations with AI

SNP SE and Palantir have announced a strategic partnership to speed up secure SAP transformations for enterprise customers, according to Business Wire. The deal pairs SNP's deep SAP expertise — built across more than 3,000 customers and 15,000 completed projects — with Palantir's artificial intelligence and data platforms.
The first joint product, called Test Data Proposal, will use AI to automate one of the most manual steps in SAP migrations. The partnership also covers large-scale moves to SAP Cloud ERP applications, Yahoo Finance reported.
SAP transformations are complex, high-stakes projects. Companies moving to new SAP systems must test huge amounts of data before go-live. That testing process is slow and largely done by hand. The new Test Data Proposal tool aims to fix that by using AI to suggest and prepare test data automatically, cutting time and human error, Business Wire reported.
The solution will run on SNP's Kyano® platform, which already powers the company's suite of SAP transformation tools. By adding Palantir's AI capabilities on top, SNP says customers will get faster, safer migrations with higher quality outcomes.
SNP SE, headquartered in Germany, focuses entirely on SAP transformation software. The company has completed more than 15,000 SAP projects and serves over 3,000 customers globally, according to Yahoo Finance. That track record makes it one of the most experienced players in the SAP migration market.
SNP's Kyano platform is central to the partnership. It handles automated data migration and data management inside SAP environments. Adding Palantir's AI layer is designed to make those processes smarter and less dependent on manual work.
Palantir is best known for its AI and data platforms used by governments and large enterprises. The company's tools are built for mission-critical, security-sensitive environments — a key selling point for large SAP customers who cannot afford data leaks during a migration, Business Wire noted.
The partnership was announced at an SNP event and targets joint customers of both companies. The two firms plan to offer combined solutions across all types of SAP projects, from system upgrades to full cloud migrations, Yahoo Finance reported.
Beyond the first tool, SNP is already working on large-scale moves to SAP Cloud ERP applications as part of the partnership. SAP has been pushing customers to migrate to its cloud-based S/4HANA system for years. Many companies have delayed because migrations are risky and expensive.
By combining SNP's transformation software with Palantir's AI, the two companies are positioning themselves to capture a large wave of cloud migration deals, according to Business Wire. The SAP cloud migration market represents billions of dollars in potential work as companies face SAP's 2027 deadline for legacy system support.
