Love Island USA Season 8: Casa Amor Heats Up in Episode 20 Ahead of Thursday

Love Island USA season 8, episode 20 is on tonight — Wednesday, June 25, 2026 — streaming on Peacock at 9:00 PM ET / 6:00 PM PT, according to Cosmopolitan. The episode arrives at a key moment in Casa Amor, the show's most dramatic twist, where boys have been separated from their partners and placed in a second villa with new singles.
Casa Amor kicked off on June 18 Marie Claire reports, sending 12 new bombshells — 6 men and 6 women — into the mix. With at least four original couples expected to break, tonight's episode could be the most explosive of the season.
Casa Amor began on Day 16, June 18, when the boys were moved to a second villa. The girls stayed behind in the main villa. Neither group can see what the other is doing — except through the new "Red Zone" twist. That feature lets the main villa girls watch a live feed of their partners flirting with Casa bombshells, according to Parade.
The live feed has already caused drama. The "Hearts on Fire" challenge on June 21 showed the villa girls exactly what their partners were doing. Then on June 23, both villas competed in a "Temperatures Rising" physical challenge. Analysts at RHAP say the challenge was designed to stir "jealousy and vulnerability" by forcing real-time comparisons between couples.
Kenzie Annis, 23, was originally coupled with Zach Georgiou, 26, before bombshell Kayda Bosse "stole" him on Day 3 Love Island Wiki reports. Corbin Mims then entered and chose Kenzie. Now in Casa Amor, Corbin is reportedly flirting with Melanie Moreno and other new singles — putting his bond with Kenzie at serious risk.
Kenzie defended the couple's closeness to Us Weekly, saying, "We have a really good physical connection." But fans on TikTok and X have spent 48 hours debating a secret "French fries" code word between the two. Meanwhile, Kayda's sister told Cosmopolitan she was "not feeling" Zach for her sibling — adding another layer to the drama.
Former Eastern Illinois basketball player Corey Sawyer Jr. entered Casa Amor on June 22. Eastern Illinois Athletics confirmed his appearance. He is already being called a "major disruptor" by viewers tracking the villa dynamics online.
Season 8 features 34 total contestants, per Wikipedia, with cast ages ranging from 22 to 29. The winning couple takes home $100,000 — a prize that has stayed the same even as production costs have grown, according to Forbes.
The "Stick or Switch" recoupling ceremony is expected on June 26 or June 28. Historically, Casa Amor results in 40 to 60 percent of couples splitting up, according to Marie Claire. With 12 new bombshells still in play, at least four original pairs are expected to break.
The show is also breaking new ground off-screen. Select Casa Amor episodes are being screened in cinemas through Fandango and Cinemark. If ticket sales hold, Cinemark says it could make reality TV a regular part of "event cinema." Season 7 drew 18 billion minutes viewed, and Season 8 is already tracking 12 percent above that premiere-week pace, per Peacock.
